Services rendered include road grading and soil cement stabilization of over 1.5 miles of access road through eastern NC swamp lands. Piedmont was contracted to construct a road through swampy territory allowing access to a large substation. With timelines being tight Piedmont was able to soil cement treat the wet conditions and provide a solid base for the power company to bring in transformer. Piedmont was able to complete this task in record breaking time keeping the site schedule on track to hit crucial deadlines.
