Piedmont was contracted to perform the site work on a Rutter’s truck stop in Winchester, Va. Beginning during the winter months in mountainous VA Piedmont was able to push through snow, sleet and rain to keep production on track. Work included erosion control, site grading, installation of storm, water and sewer, curb stone and asphalt. Pushing through weather, rock and a compressed schedule makes Piedmont a leader in production and safety.
